What it does?

Digital Onboarding checks information of individuals and companies with the RFB, reducing risks in the digital formalization process.

What is it for?

Digital Onboarding refers to the process of integrating digital tools to authenticate and validate data from employees, customers, suppliers, and users in digital processes for verifying authenticity, data validity, document capture, and other similar actions.

How does it work?

Validation of an individual in the representative's registration and electronic signature:

At the time of registration of the representative and/or at the time of signing, it is possible to validate the information of the individual with the RFB, capturing the full name and registration status. In addition to this validation, at the time of registration, it is also possible to define a new type of electronic signature, with the CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registration) and date of birth. By providing this data, at the time of signing, the QualiSign Portal checks this information with the RFB, including the taxpayer's situation.

Validation of company in the relationship registration:

In the case of companies, the validation occurs when it is registered as a relationship on the Portal. At this time, the validation of the company's CNPJ (National Registry of Companies) is carried out with the RFB with the capture of the Corporate Name and Fantasy Name for those with an "active" registration status with the RFB.

Onboarding Digital

Validate data from individuals and legal entities

Features

Data validation with the RFB may be optional or mandatory, only for CNPJ or CPF, or for both CNPJ/CPF.

The QualiSign Portal only allows registration of active or null CNPJ and regular, suspended or pending regularization CPF. Other registration situations with the RFB will not be allowed.

This validation can also be done at the time of signature of individuals, when requesting the CPF and date of birth.

Applicability

Companies can simplify the process of recruiting and selecting job candidates with Digital Onboarding. Data validation with the RFB verifies the authenticity of the information provided by candidates, while electronic signature formalizes employment contracts and other related documents.

Companies that operate digital platforms, such as service applications, marketplaces, and management systems, can employ Digital Onboarding to register new users efficiently. The validation of data with the RFB helps to verify the identity of the users, and the electronic signature allows you to accept terms of service and contracts of use of the platform.

Companies in various sectors, such as telecommunications, insurance, and healthcare, can use Digital Onboarding to simplify the process of contracting services and products. The validation of suppliers with the RFB verifies the identity of customers.

The integration of Digital Onboarding with data validation with the RFB and electronic signature helps companies comply with regulatory requirements, such as verifying the identity of customers and preventing fraud. Electronic signature ensures the authenticity of digitally signed documents.

Digital Onboarding is useful for formalizing registrations with government agencies. Data validation with the RFB is necessary to ensure the veracity of the information provided, and digital formalization allows documents to be electronically signed, facilitating the registration process and reducing bureaucracy.

Benefits

By validating data during Digital Onboarding, the electronic signature can be performed faster and more efficiently. This significantly decreases the time it takes to formalize documents, improving the experience for everyone.

Data validation strengthens the integrity and security of electronic documents. This support from the RFB contributes to trust in transactions, ensuring that the information used in the electronic signature is accurate and authentic.

With Digital Onboarding, the electronic signature becomes part of an ecosystem that is fully compliant with legal requirements. In addition, the signature becomes traceable and unambiguously associated with the individual responsible for it.

Data validation is an effective barrier against fraud in the digital environment. Ensuring that only authorized people can sign documents electronically drastically reduces the risk of forgery and misuse of identities. This not only protects the parties involved but also strengthens the integrity of the processes.

By validating data with the RFB, the electronic signature becomes traceable and unequivocally associated with the individual responsible for it. This traceability promotes legal accountability and simplifies the verification of authenticity of signatures in disputes or regulatory audits.

More speed, modernity and security in your company's daily routine.
